However, to the extent permitted by law, such information provided about products is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a warranty of any kind (express or implied).

Yayoge® does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any product information presented on the Site. You acknowledge that (1) product descriptions and images may not be perfectly accurate, complete, or current, and (2) actual products may differ somewhat from product descriptions and images presented on the Site.

All sales of products are final. Yayoge® does not accept returns or provide refunds unless required by law. We reserve the right to limit order quantities on products. Despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occasionally occur. We will verify pricing when processing your order. If we have made a pricing error, we may either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you.

Shipping and handling charges will be shown on the order confirmation. Title and risk of loss passes to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Any claims for loss or damage during shipping must be made directly against the carrier.

Promotional offers are valid only during the stated timeframe and while supplies last. Any coupon codes and discounts are subject to the terms and eligibility requirements set forth on the applicable promotion page. Coupon codes and discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

We endeavor to provide an accurate delivery date on your order confirmation, but it may not account for delays caused by payment verification, address verification, or product availability. Please contact us if you have not received your order within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work quickly to identify the issue and suggest resolutions.

Payments

You may purchase products from us through various payment methods we support such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.

When placing an order, you must provide us with a valid credit or debit card number with available credit to cover the purchase price of the products plus all applicable taxes and shipping costs. By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that (1) you are authorized to use the payment information submitted, and (2) if the payment information belongs to a third party, you have obtained authorization from the third party to use their payment information.

General Terms

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions. The failure of Yayoge® to exercise or enforce any right or provision in these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
